Decision Not Clear On Sandoval

Decision Not Clear On Sandoval

Jul 27, 2012

The jury is still out on whether or not San Francisco Giants third baseman, Pablo Sandoval, will go on the disabled list.  According to multiple reports, that decision will come on Friday before the Giants open up a weekend series against their arch nemesis, the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Sandoval apparently suffered a hamstring strain against the San Diego Padres on Tuesday night, which an MRI did confirm earlier this week.

Sandoval is no stranger to injury this season.  He disappointed fantasy owners earlier in the year when he missed six weeks of action due to injury.

In his 62 games played this season, Sandoval is batting .299 with 8 homers and 33 RBI.  Owners everywhere will be anticipating the Giants decision tomorrow.
